Ali Jahangard was born in 1976 in Ghasre Shirin, in the Iranian province of Kermanshah. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Painting from Yazd University's School of Arts, a Master's degree in Painting from Tehran's Tarbiat Modares University, and a PhD in Comparative and Analytical Art  History from Shahed University's School of Arts.

In addition to taking part in several group exhibitions inside Iran and abroad, he has been a lecturer and the author of more than thirty articles in scientific and academic publications and for domestic and international seminars and conferences.

"There" is his third solo exhibition and his first collaboration with INJA Gallery. This collection is comprised of thirteen paintings of oil on canvas in different dimensions.
