Hossein Qollar Aqasi stands out as one of the pioneers in the realm of coffee house painting. He received his training from his father, Alireza Qollar Aghasi, a skilled master in calligraphy, enameling, and tile work. Spending some time in his father's workshop, he crossed paths with Mohammad Modber. His artwork has been showcased on numerous occasions in both Iran and abroad, including the "Folk Painting of Iranian Legends" exhibition in Paris in 1966.
