Reza Kianian, born in 1951 in Tehran, is a multifaceted Iranian artist known for his contributions to cinema, theater, and television as an actor and writer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theater from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran, which he earned in 1976.
Beyond acting, Kianian has ventured into various artistic domains, including stage design, screenwriting, and visual arts such as sculpture, photography, and painting. His first sculpture exhibition was held at the Iranian Artists' Forum in 2007, followed by his first photography showcase at Niavaran Cultural Center in 2008. He has since participated in multiple solo and group exhibitions, with some of his works being sold in international auctions.
