Reza Nosrati was born in Sanandaj in 1981 and started holding exhibitions since 2001. Nosrati started his professional activities in art at the time he was studying painting at Art University of Tehran in both bachelor and master degrees. Continuing the path of becoming a professional, he participated in the first art expo of Tehran in 2004 in Roudaki Hall, and in the same year he held his third solo exhibition at Barg Gallery, Tehran. In 2008, he participated in the fourth selection of Montakhabe Nasl-e-No and became a member of the Iranian painters' association from 2014.

In his collection of paintings, Reza Nosrati is symbolic towards image features and they are depicted as a single element in the center of the frame. But in his later works, the artist has changed his position towards the subject, and with him being entangled in this event, he is not in the distance and is in the middle of a commotion.
