Saeed Shahlapour, born in 1944, commenced his artistic journey as a painter, first presenting one of his works at the 4th Tehran Biennial in 1964. Following this initial exposure, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran (1968-1973). During his academic years, he collaborated with Ghandriz Hall and participated in several group exhibitions.

Shahlapour's first solo exhibition took place at Ghandriz Hall in 1968. After a significant hiatus, his paintings were showcased at Pafer Gallery in 1989. Since then, his paintings and sculptures have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions.
