Sajjad Baghban has been a researcher and artistic director in many cultural and artistic centers and therefore has done many research in visual art throughout history. After studying art doctorate, he worked in art centers such as "Sareban" gallery and also published books in this field such as "Acquaintance with the philosophy of art and aesthetics" and "Representation of urban space in art and literature". Baghban considers the crises of visual art from before the revolution until now to be different depending on the change of situations, but he still believes that we should also look at what happened in the past to react in this situation. In a conversation with Artchart, Baghban talks about the comparison of art and its crises in different eras to what is going on outside the center of visual art.
