Monsour Qandriz's Market Review

Despite his short life, Mansour Qandriz gained a high reputation in the history of Iranian art and immortalized his name as one of the most important modernist Iranian artists. Qandriz was born in Tabriz and studied at Tehran Fine Arts Academy. He exhibited a collection of his paintings for the first time in 1960 in Reza Abbasi Hall and after entering the Decorative Arts Academy, together with some of his friends, he founded Iran Hall (Qandriz Hall) in 1964 and in the same year participated in two biennials and participated in several exhibitions in Iran and abroad.
