Farideh Lashai's Market Review

Farideh Lashai, an Iranian painter, video artist and writer, was born in Rasht. From the age of ten, she studied painting with Jafar Petgar and later went to Europe to study. After graduating from a translation school in Munich, she went to Austria and continued her studies at the Vienna Academy of Decorative Arts. The result of this course and her work experiences in the field of crystal design were displayed in an exhibition in Milan in 1967.
