Alireza Eskandari, born in 1952, is a distinguished artist who studied Persian miniature painting under the guidance of renowned master Mahmoud Farshchian. He also received artistic mentorship from Majid Mehregan and Rahim Naajfar, later graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran. Eskandari’s works have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions. In 2000, he was honored as the Artist of the Year for his contribution to Islamic art dedicated to Imam Ali (AS). Currently, he serves as the Director of the Shahid Avini Museum and the Vice President of the Central Council for Visual Arts at Basij.
