Jalal Sepehr, born in 1968, began his foray into photography experimentally in 1994, eventually transitioning to collaborations with magazines and publications in advertising and industry. His debut exhibition, titled "Water and Persian Carpet," premiered in Paris in 2009. Sepehr has participated in over seventy photography festivals and competitions across Iran and various other countries.

Throughout his professional endeavors, Jalal Sepehr has garnered numerous accolades, including third place in the Iran Industry Photo Competition (2003), first place in the Canada Postcard Photo Festival (2007), second place in the French Pix Three Photo Festival (2009), and first place in the Entrepreneurship Festival (2010).
