Mohsen Razzaghi was born in Tehran into a family engaged in the arts. Beginning in 1991, he studied Persian classical music under the guidance of Master Ahmad Ebrahimi. He pursued his higher education in graphic design and illustration. Razzaghi held his first solo exhibition in 2003 at Sheis Gallery in Tehran. Since then, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions.

In addition to his studio practice, Razzaghi has been actively involved in the field of journalism and print media. He has also received recognition for his work in poster design, calligraphy, and graphic design. Among these distinctions are a certificate of appreciation from the Fajr International Festival in 2017 and a commendation awarded by the Alborz Provincial Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance for the Alborz Illustration Biennial in 2019.
