Niloufar Rezaei was born in 1991 in Tehran. She completed her undergraduate studies in art cultural management at Science and Culture University and graduated in 2014. Rezaei also completed an interior design course at Tehran Technical Complex in 2015.

She held her first ever exhibition as a group at the Palestine Museum of Contemporary Art, Tehran in 2018 and has participated in several group exhibitions since then. In 2022, Rezaei organized her first solo show called Status: In the Current... in Sharif Gallery, Tehran.
