Sara Tavana, an Iranian painter, illustrator, and sculptor, was born in 1984 in Isfahan, Iran. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Kargar UAST in Qazvin in 2010. Tavana held her first solo exhibition in painting in 2007, followed by solo exhibitions of her sculptures and illustrations in 2011 and 2013, respectively.

In addition to her exhibition work, Tavana has participated in numerous art festivals and competitions in Iran. In 2013, she was awarded second place at the Contemporary Art Biennial (Persbook).
