Art Contemporain Evening auction

  • Sotheby's Paris
  • 6 December 2022
  • The Art Contemporain Evening Auction brings together exceptional works by masters of the second half of the 20th century such as Georg Baselitz, Sam Francis and Pierre Soulages. Following on the success of the white glove series of auctions in New York, we are delighted to present eight masterpieces by post-war masters from The David M. Solinger Collection. We are also thrilled to be offering a group of 9 works donated directly by artists and sold to benefit Amnesty International. The highlights include works by Marlene Dumas, Richard Serra, Luc Tuymans, Michael Craig Martin and Ai Wei Wei.
