Yadegar Khayyam, born in 1977 in Kurdistan, is a distinguished Iranian calligrapher. He began his journey in calligraphy in 1993, studying under masters such as Jamal Kani Sanani, Saeed Qaderi, and Gholam Hossein Amirkhani. In 2000, he expanded his artistic interests to photography and painting, and in 2004, he founded the Chav Art Group.
Khayyam's first solo exhibition was held in 2008 in Marivan, followed by exhibitions in major cities like Tehran, Rafsanjan, Sanandaj, and Shiraz. Over his career, he has participated in more than 50 solo and group exhibitions, winning numerous awards from various art festivals.
He holds a first-degree art award from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and received the title of Master Calligrapher from the Iranian Calligraphers Association in 2014.
