Somewhere between beauty and ugliness,
Somewhere between two definitions,
Somewhere between gentleness and violence,
Between two sensations, two genders,
There is always a spectrum between the poles;
Poles that are sometimes contradictory and sometimes complementary, always raging like waves and sometimes unexplored.
The subconscious needs these poles more than the conscious does.
Is there such a thing as self-consciousness at all?
